6180 rails dbconsole doesn't work for DM/Sequel + PostgreSQL was created in Ruby on Rails

    Because the dbconsole command only accepts 'postgresql' for the driver name while these ORMs are using 'postgres'.

    This is a patch for making them work.

    I found this still is a problem on current Edge (3.1.0 beta).
    So, here's a patch for the current master.
    I haven't tested for 2.x yet, but am willing to work on...
