Ruby 1.9 compat: constant block parameters in spawner script

script/process/spawner throws a SyntaxError

formal argument cannot be a constant (SyntaxError)

in Ruby 1.9.

Added a patch tested on Ruby 1.9 trunk and Ruby 1.8.7.
