Remove SQL Server Test Case Conditions

The latest SQL Server adapter for 2000 and 2005 is passing test in 2-2-stable just fine. However there are some tests now failing since we have done such a good job at behaving like rails expects us to. This patch removes all SQLServerAdapter conditions from test cases.
