[PATCH] "script/dbconsole" does not respect ERB in database.yml

The new "script/dbconsole" command does not respect ERB in "config/database.yml". dbconsole was added in 4a07103687084496b773e18a03b1f2f5e686f7ad from ticket #102 [PATCH] Add "script/dbconsole"

Not a huge change, I just copied the line that is used in initializer.rb
