Template runner gem method with :lib => false option gives incorrect output

When calling the gem method in an application template like
this: gem "haml", :lib => false, what is added to
config looks like this: gem 'haml', :lib =>
'false'. The quotes around 'false' should not be there and
produce errors. The correct output should look like this: gem
'haml', :lib => false.

I can confirm the bug. In my case I need to false flag for rspec.

Confirmed as well here. Same issue, need to set false flag for a few gems.
