Syntax error in caching/sweeper.rb (2-3-stable branch)

Commit 5ac05f15c6d8f496c4e152dbbecd8ccb12041770 adds new file actionpack/lib/action_controller/caching/sweeper.rb, that has syntax error:

$ ruby -c actionpack/lib/action_controller/caching/sweeper.rb

actionpack/lib/action_controller/caching/sweeper.rb:46: syntax error, unexpected $end, expecting kEND
