RDoc for undocumented feature in MemCacheStore

Bryan Helmkamp improved MemCacheStore so that it would accept a pre-created MemCache-like object when created, but didn't document it (except in the Changelog). I want to use the functionality at two at-work projects, but won't get it past QA unless it's documented.
I'm supplying two patches, one for 2-3-stable (the functionality was introduced in 2.3.3) and one for master. References to the original commits are in the patches.
I'm putting Jeremy Kemper as responsible for no other reason than that he was the one who accepted the original patches from Bryan in May.
