can't rescue_from ActionController::InvalidAuthenticationToken

attached I have a failing test case for rescuing from an InvalidAuthenticationToken exception

Users are getting this exception when their sessions expire (which is intended), so I wanted to handle for it gracefully via a rescue_from

My shot in dark guess at this is because the exception occurs in ActionController::Base and not ApplicationController or the controller itself so the rescue_from doesn't get evaluated. I have not fully traced this down yet, though.

this patch is intended for 2-3-stable fyi
