"Thor is not available" and `ruby /path/to/rails new myapp --dev`

When trying to use the Rails generators without having Thor installed, you get this message:

Thor is not available.
If you ran this command from a git checkout of Rails, please make sure thor is installed,
and run this command as `ruby /path/to/rails myapp --dev`

I've included a patch that simply changes ruby /path/to/rails myapp --dev to ruby /path/to/rails new myapp --dev (adding "new"). :)
