ActiveRecordHelper refactored

As with my other helper patches (http://rails.lighthouseapp.com/p... and http://rails.lighthouseapp.com/p..., here's a patch to make error_message_on accept an options hash.
Includes a test plus updated documentation.

- State changed from “new” to “resolved”
(from [f7abf0c9db61621b3f27061debd7983075cdca61]) error_message_on takes an options hash instead of ordered parameters [#704 state:resolved]
