Bug in Edge Rails

I created a new rails app.

Then i added rails as a submodule in that app by doing

1. git init

2. git submodule add git://github.com/rails/rails.git vendor/rails

so here i freezed the rails in my app. But it gives me error while creating a new model, the error was

undefined method empty?' for /_generator$/:Regexp
