Change_table undefined with sqlite3 adapter

Hi,
After checking out latest rails edge (Submodule path 'vendor/rails': checked out '7f4171da5e3ed5b3e038b95f8f5ae05ba6e21bef'), I can't make change_table work.
Migration file is:
class ChangePages < ActiveRecord::Migration
def self.up
change_table :pages do |t|
t.references :topic
end
add_index :pages, :topic_id
end
def self.down
change_table :pages do |t|
t.remove_column :topic_id
end
end
end
$ rake db:migrate
(...)
-- change_table(:pages)
rake aborted!
undefined method `change_table' for #<ActiveRecord::ConnectionAdapters::SQLite3Adapter:0x2131e40>
