Range to_formatted_s should provide actual range object
Reported by Ben Woosley | January 1st, 2009 @ 12:03 AM | in 3.x
Some useful to_formatted_s operations can hinge on the result of #exclude_end?, for example. Also this brings Range in line with Date/Time/DateTime. Patch includes some doc fixes too.
