Allow Remote Froms To Use :with/:submit Options Like link_to_remote

The documentation states that remote form tags allow all the same options as link_to_remote. However the :with or :submit options are not passed down. The tests below actually add a few tests for :with/:submit outside the scope of the ticket too because there were none in the first place.

I don't know if this still applies since Rails 3 supports UJS. Closing it, reopen if need be. 2-3-stable is only accepting bug fixes now.
