Add Hpricot as XmlMini backend

I added Hpricot support to the Hash to_xml backend. I already have Hpricot installed, so having that as a fast backend makes sense.
Lighthouse has a new layout. Prefer the old one? Return to the old layout, and switch back any time from the link at the top of each page.
