Cleanup "aaa_create_tables_test" hack

Hey Peek here's the patch I mentioned but forgot to send your way
The test file named "aaa_create_tables_test" is a hack and it makes testing a single file awkward since it always has to be included if we want the schema to be initialized (or reset).
