xhr clobbers id param on non-REST routes

The attached tests works on Rails 2.1.2, 2.2.2, and 2.3.2 (released). It fails on edge Rails.

Do you think this branch and especially that commit reproduces the bug you mention?
If so, the tests pass and there's no more bug on Rails edge.
