Add missing models and fixtures to run ActiveRecord test cases isolated

I keep finding more missing models and fixtures when running ActiveRecord tests without rake, so i decided to run this script:

for i in $(ls */_test.rb); do ruby -I "connections/native_mysql" $i; done

And just wrap all this in the same patch, with this patch applied all ActiveRecord's unit tests will run and have passing tests.
