Test LibXML Engine

It seems there is no isolated test for the LibXML engine.

I've tried adapting the Nokogiri engine tests but I can't seem to convince

gem 'libxml-ruby', '=0.9.7'

not to raise a Gem::LoadError. This is probably due to the same issue as with #2084 Alternative XML parsers support in ActiveSupport for ActiveResource

    I actually managed to get these tests running in my patch 2835 - they definitely seemed to run :)

    Yes - they sure do fail if you break them. The patch is already attached to my ticket 2835.
