[PATCH] Rails 3.0 server won't start on Ruby 1.9

Symptoms:

/home/rubys/git/awdwr/work/depot/config.ru:1:in 'block in < top (required) >': undefined methoddirname' for Rack::File:Class (NoMethodError)

    Looks like the markup got eaten a bit. should read in 'block in [top required]' using angle brackets instead of square brackets.
