DelayedLog is severely broken

DelayLog just isn't working right and AC log messages are coming out backwards in the wrong order. We need to move to logger taking a block (as you mentioned).

    DelayedLog was removed a couple days ago because everything now is done through notifications (we should remove any remaining log which is not done through it).
