ActiveResource prefix_parameters don't update

When changing prefix, ActiveResource should cause prefix_parameters to be re-calculated. For example:

Model.prefix = "/prefix/:prefix_id"

Model.create(:name => "foo", :prefix_id => 1)

should create using /prefix/1/model, but :prefix_id is not set.

Simple one-line change to ActiveResource::Base::prefix=;

@prefix_parameters = nil # Cause prefix_parameters to be re-evaluated # GK 5-Jun-2008
