rubyonrails.org/download links to outdated rubyforge.org

When browsing rubyonrails.org people get linked to the rubyforge.org download page.
New versions of Rails can be installed the same way. Rails can also be downloaded as stand-alone packages.
The latest version of rails, that may be found there is 2.3.4 - containing a security related bug, as far as I know.
I think it would be better to update the page to link to the gemcutter version at http://gemcutter.org/gems/rails
Sorry if this it not the right place to report, I'd follow any hint to find the one responsible.
