http://stdlib.rubyonrails.org/ is also horrible outdated.

maybe it would be a good move to whipe both sites and link to the offical ruby sites. less maintenance...

Have you installed rack version 1.1.0?
Try to uninstall it (gem uninstall rack, select 1.1.0)
