there are several tests which have unnecessary require statements. i will submit patch with all the changes.

- Importance changed from “” to “Low”
Please ensure that you apply this patch at the very end of your patches list. Otherwise a lot of patches will fail and we all will have to redo them. :-)

i am trying to test after rebase. but the arel fork for rails is breaking many tests #5173.

updating patch after rebase.
also attach bash script that will run changed test files individually(you need to run from activerecord directory). -
