#6326 ✓stale
Joc

cmd line "rails g" or "rails generate" returning same help text as "rails" in 3.0.3

Reported by Joc | January 22nd, 2011 @ 11:00 PM

On the command line, with Rails 3.0.3, if I type:

rails g

Then I get back the same help text as if I had typed:

rails

In previous versions of Rails this would instead return the help text for Rails generators
along with a list of generators currently available.

I got the same result for typing:

rails g controller

Which previously would have given help for the controller generator.
