rails g scaffold does not respect --force or --skip switches

Hi!

Running:

rails new blog
rails g model post title:string
rails g scaffold post title:string body:text

Will fail: Another migration is already named create_posts. This is cool.
But:

rails g scaffold post title:string body:text --force
Will fail as well: Another migration is already named create_posts:

Also, --skip does not help.

Tried to search tickets for this here but found nil.

If this is not a bug then at least the rails g scaffold --help page should be updated.
