3924 HTTP Digest Authentication with config.action_controller.relative_url_root was created in Ruby on Rails

It seems that Rails 2.3.5 doesn't honour the relative_url_root setting in its digest authentication.

I resolved this by changing:
```
uri    = credentials[:uri][0,...
```
