    Hm, I think that directory has created if plugin not found is bug....

    Why I have to type "--force" if i missed repository?

    I think that directory hasn't created...

    I tried at Rails 3.0.1.

    $ rails plugin install open_id_authentication

    plugin open_id_authentication is not exist, so I ran another command again

    $ rails plugin ...
