    The first patch I attached does not apply anymore because 'databases.rake' changed.

    This is the same patch but created recently from 'master'.

    I think the patch was not created the way Rails Guides explains, so I cannot apply it for testing. Could you please re-create it?

    It is easy to reproduce the problem. These are the steps:

    Create a Rails application that uses postgresql:

    $ rails new postgres_clone -d postgresql
$ cd postgr...

    I tested the patch and it works OK with PostgreSQL 9.0.3.

    But if --single-transaction was introduced in 8.2, I think would be better to check the server version...
