    I observed this behavior in both 2.3.8 and 3.0.7 btw.

    select :foo, :bar, options_for_select(%w(a b c)), {:disabled => true} doesn't work for me.

    However, select_tag 'foo', options_for_select(%w(a b c)), {:disabled ...
