Hi Eloy,

Thanks for looking at the ticket, and pointing me in the right direction. My assertion is that a default scope should filter through to all collections...

When you setup a nested form for a parent model, the default scope for the child models are ignored.

E.g.
```
class Package < ActiveRecord::Base
  has_many :produc...
```
