With a has_many relationship, allows attributes to be set via a block, as in
```
client.addresses.build do |address|
  address.street = "Main Street"
  address....
```

When you have a nullable integer column, assigning a empty string will cause a change to be flagged when it shouldn't be. Git patch attached with test.
