Calling reset_subclasses is a minimal case.

I met this problem with passenger-1.0.5 and rails-2.0.2.

I do not reproduce the problem with passenger-2.0.1 and ...

Removing auto defined methods should use remove_method instead of undef_method.

Because undef_method removes SomeModel#id and hides ActiveRecord::Base#id.

In RFC 2047:

(1) Any 8-bit value may be represented by a "=" followed by two

hexadecimal digits. For example, if the character set in use

were ISO-8859-1, ...
