I've done some further research, and it seems like the plus sign isn't really a valid char in url's.

The bug applies to 8.2 as well, probably earlier versions too.

There is no bug, floating point numbers are inaccurate by design.

The only reason people muck around with cents for money values is to avoid the floating point...
