4017 restful_authentication not installable with Rails 3 was updated in Ruby on Rails

When running bundle install with Rails edge and the current restful_authentication from gemcutter, it fails with:

```

The current gemspec requires rails ~> 2.3.4 so bundler rejects 3.0.0.beta1 as unsatisfactory.
