    Example:

    note = Note.first
dom_id(note)
=> "note_1"
note.destroy
dom_id(note)
=> "new_note"

    After destroying a record, dom_id returns the value as if the record was new. This breaks the traditional method of updating destroyed items in rjs

    Windows finds the incorrect root directory under Windows.

    This patch addresses the issue.
