Add mailer assertions to Rails

Helper methods to quickly assert some basic characteristics of a particular ActionMailer delivery, or the last delivery made.

Looks great. But your uploaded patch looks convoluted as it has some Assert_not_valid changes in it as well. Could you please upload a different patch ?
