rails-dev-boost templates in Rails 3.0

I'm the original author of the rails-dev-boost templates. I reimplemented them on top of the new API yesterday here: http://github.com/thedarkone/rai...
wycats: I also posted a comment on your original commit ( http://github.com/wycats/rails/c... ), but you might have missed it, I don't know.
We went through some pain in #1909 to get the damn thing right the last time around. Also the original idea was to make them usable in a non threaded production enviroments. The current (rails-3) implementation is a lot slower than what went into 2.3, it also doesn't handle some edge cases as deleted templates.
I can rebase the changes onto the current master and post the patches, but only if there is some interest in this.
