Avoid loading AR:SessionStore if not used

During initialization, a check to see whether ActiveRecord::SessionStore is the configured session store causes the ActiveRecord::SessionStore class to be loaded, adding unnecessary time to startup. This patch avoids that.

Definitely a useful change. Unfortunately the patch no longer applies. Could you create a new one, Luke? Until then this ticket can be marked as incomplete.
