[Patch] Hash#from_xml to work with keys that are all caps

The current 2.3.2 release (and master) does not maintain all caps keys for Hash#from_xml due to calling underscore. This worked in 2.2 and prior but was broken by http://github.com/rails/rails/co...>

2.3.3 hopefully ships this weekend or so. Definitely in may.... (for
