A patch for this was added on the original Rails Trac over a year ago
It might be worth looking to that, first.

Xavier's (fxn) patch works. I'm attaching an alternative patch that explicitly loads Rails::Info. Possibly safer than putting everything in RAILTIES_PATH/builtins/ on the load path.
