binary_to_string is called even on BLOB column in SQLite3 adapter

binary_to_string is called on every column (even if BLOB), causing ArgumentError: invalid byte sequence in UTF-8 error:

The problem can be reproduced running sqlite3 (not sqlite3-ruby) test suite with activerecord version 3.0.0.beta installed.
