number_to_human_size support for negative numbers

Reported by Xavier | February 25th, 2010 @ 05:10 PM

When a negative number is passed to number_to_human_size, it always returns the formatted value as a number of bytes. No conversion to higher units happens and pluralization also fails.

The attached patch contains a solution for this issue as well as an update to the test case.
