Drying up ActionPack Resources

I wanted a single place to change how resources declared routes, so I dryed up the class a bit, creating the :map_named_routes(map, name_without_format, path_without_format, options) and :map_unnamed_routes(map, path_without_format, options). I also fixed a small formatting error in the RDoc.
No tests added because no behavior has changed; existing tests pass.
