Can't run active record tests

#4205

Currently it raises an exception:

This patch fixes it.

I should mention that you can reproduce this error by doing rake test_sqlite3 in activerecord and that the exception was introduced in 640ee5b68d1078fc164bd4e10c019f284ad9b760
