passenger error "spec activeresource-3.0.0.beta1 is not from an installed gem"

this error do not occurs on rails 3.0.0beta, just in beta1 installed by git clone (git url); cd rails; bundle install; rake install;
ruby : ruby enterprise edition 1.8.7 under rvm
system: Mac OSX 10.6.2

I just setup gem rails as (gem 'rails', '3.0.0.beta1', :git => 'git://github.com/rails/rails.git'), run bundle install and bundle package, now passenger works, so maybe i was doing something wrong, so, feel free to close this ticket and sorry.
