Add ActiveRecord::Base.time_zone_aware_attributes = true to new_rails_defaults.rb

It appears that ActiveRecord::Base.time_zone_aware_attributes is set to true on Rails 3 projets that include ActiveRecord: http://github.com/rails/rails/blob/master/activerecord/lib/active_r...
But it's not set in new_rails_defaults as of 2.3.5:

Never mind, needed to pull a more recent tag. time_zone_aware_attributes is on.

not reproducible, as Trek said, time_zone_aware_attributes is on by default on 2-3-stable branch.
