Error installing rails 3.0.0.beta3

Just installed the latest rails 3 beta and got an error at the end, not sure if this has already been reported. I'm running Ubuntu 10.4. Here's the error message.
ERROR: While executing gem ... (Errno::ENOENT)
No such file or directory - lib
Typing rails -v shows Rails 3.0.0.beta3 so I'm assuming it's not a big deal.
