ActiveModel has a dependency on an old version of Builder

ActiveModel has a dependency on builder ~> 2.1.2
The latest version is version 3.0.0 http://rubygems.org/gems/builder
If a different gem has a weak dependency on builder, version 3.0
might be loaded causing then some dependency issues.
Unless version 3.0 breaks backward compatibility, I would suggest
to update the dependency version.
